Marketing Plan


Our main objective of drawing a marketing plan is to reach the targeted group and get maximum conversion.

Keeping in mind the positive trend and the inclination of the youngsters towards, abroad Education, we are updating our organization to assist them to reach their goals. Our long-term marketing plan will focus on the following aspects:

  • Provide accurate information about the institutions to the interested students.
  • Process the application and request the institution to send the Offer/Acceptance Letter at the earliest.
  • Liaison and proper follow up with the students and institutions.
  • Regular interaction with the students and parents to get the feed back, at our office.
  • Promote the in-house library that is designed to give the reliable information on Abroad Education and of different colleges and universities.
  • Focus on the target market i.e., mainly 10+2 and Bachelors students.
  • Regular presentation about study abroad program at the counseling desk.
  • Since we believe in effective communication for the success of any business, therefore, we will leave no room for complaints with regard to communication with the students, institutions and concerned authorities. The means of communications to be used would preferably be email. However, telephone, fax and mails will also be used.

Promotion & Publicity programs will include:

  • Advertising in daily newspapers and magazines.
  • Presentation in the schools and colleges.
  • Display on hoarding boards.
  • Participation in the Educational Fairs.
  • Conducting regular seminars/presentation by inviting the representative of the institution
